Sign Up for Support Central
Support Central is now available to all Vision Solutions customers and partners. This includes Double-Take users who previously visited the Double-Take Software Support site. If you are a first time user to Support Central, you will need to complete the Sign Up form to request a log-in.
Within minutes of submitting your request, you will receive an email with your new login details. If your account record is not already on file with us, your request will be manually processed and you will receive a response within 2 business days of submission.
Provide your user ID and password then click Log In.
